You're exercising control of his stuff (I won't call it property) while offering him less than what he considered fair value for them on a take it or leave it basis? That's theft. He values his in-game possessions for more than he could readily sell them, otherwise they'd no longer be his possessions. Meet his price or give him his stuff.
If you don't want him in your station/in your space/etc for some other reason you should work out a way to get him his stuff somewhere in empire. Might a courier contract work for this? Regardless of what he may have done, doing this doesn't make you look good.
Alternately he could transfer control of his character to a third party you both consider trustworthy to handle moving his possessions out of your station. If he's making a big deal out of it the transfer fees shouldn't be an issue.

DONT give her stuff back, dont even accept any contract from her. If you suspect her of being a spy then you had 100% right to boot her. Its gutting i'll admit but its EvE and well within game mechanics.
If this was reversed then everyone would be screaming at you that you sould have protected your corp, assets, system etc. etc. the fact that someone actually done the right thing to protect themselves should deserve a small congrats.
Ive never done anything worthy of being kicked from my corp and if i had i would expect the kicking. Id also like to note that i also have loads of items/ships stuck in deep 0.0 stations where they have een overrun or my corp has left the alliance it belonged to.
Tbh **** happens and ya gotta deal with it. If you pettitioned and got your stuff /moved it wouldnt be fair and everyone else who has docking rights revoked or looses a station etc. etc. could automagically get their stuffÖ If you were a victim of a membership scam then id agree with you but thats about the only time i would.
It shouldn't be petitionable, but both sides should be able to reach an understanding. FREGE has protected their corp assets/info/etc against a suspected threat. With that done, they should work with the OP to find an equitable solution. EVE is a PVP game. We rely on the good sportsmanship of our in-game "friends" and our in-game "enemies" to enjoy it. Effectively removing someone from the game cheapens it for everyone else. _____ Heat Warfare |

LOOSING STUFF IN 0.0 STATIONS IS A REAL RISK IN PLAYING IN 0.0
If he wants them back, he should join a corp that fights to take that station.
This is normal and should be like this.
This is why this whole thing is more than a bit silly. If he were a spy he'd be insanely stupid to put all of his assets under the thumb of the entity he is fighting against. Whatever the details are, the parties should work something out so everyone is happy. We're all adults, or at least we play them on the internet.
If he were a spy perhaps. On the other hand, if he were a spy he wouldn't have all of his stuff in that station and it wouldn't be an issue. _____ Heat Warfare |

If this whole thing is a troll and OP has an ibis in station, this is epic. _____ Heat Warfare |
